Reverse logistics with a social touch
Reserve flows at Telenet are driven by numerous causes; technical defects, commercial upgrade or return of rental products. All returns are sent to the reverse logistics center, where they are counted, sorted, tested, prepared for further treatment by OEM or made ready for re-use, cleaned, repacked and labeled, prepared for waste,… The reverse logistics center of Telenet is situated at Imsir, a sheltered workplace. The strength of this project is the combination of large financial impact (less investments through re-use of materials), ecological impact (less waste) and the social aspect (Imsir).
