In this module we focus on tools to leverage on both efficiency and effectiveness of the value chain, and develop lasting relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to anticipate market, supplier and service risks. We formulate advice on how to cope with key decisions regarding global vs. local sourcing and make or buy decisions.
