Program

  • 17.40 Welcome & introduction
Nele Rutten – Solution Design Engineer, member of Young PICS Belgium
  • 18.00 Employees are an essential part of any organisation. It is therefore crucial that employees feel comfortable in their working environment, whether in the workplace or at home, and have every opportunity to perform at their best. Employees who feel good about themselves are not only more productive, but also more motivated and less likely to leave. This is why H.Essers is investing massively in well-being at work. Through various initiatives such as the fit2grow program, mymindscan and the container cup, H.Essers wants to keep its employees physically and mentally fit.
Amber Pellens – Senior Specialist Talent Engagement
  • 18.30 As a leading logistics service provider, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Striving for sustainability from an economic, social and ecological point of view: the corporate values within our family business and the UN’s SDGs form the basis of the five lines of force in our 2020-2025 strategy. These have been translated into 19 relevant, concrete ambitions. Several of these ambitions are related to the environmental impact of our warehouses and transports, including the ambition to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. During this session, we will discuss some practical examples within the improve, avoid, shift and inset pillars of our program framework.
Yannick Dylst – Project Manager Sustainability
