This intensive training course is designed to help you deeply understand the forecasting process, the techniques behind it, and the organizational challenges that impact forecast quality. Many different things come into the picture within Demand Planning & Forecasting. It is important to understand why we forecast and what the basic building blocks are of a good forecast process.
